By creating a Cloutfind account or using cloutfind.com you agree to these terms. The service is provided by the operating entity behind Cloutfind ("Cloutfind", "we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Cloutfind is a creator-discovery and outreach platform that aggregates publicly available creator data and runs AI-driven analysis on top of it. Features and limits are described on /pricing and may change with reasonable notice.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, copy, or republish the Cloutfind index in bulk.
- Resell the data, the AI outputs, or contact information you unlock through Cloutfind, except as part of your own outreach.
- Use the service to harass creators, send spam, or pursue any activity that violates the law in your jurisdiction or theirs.
- Share account credentials. Each paid seat is one human user.
- Reverse engineer the service, probe it for vulnerabilities outside our security disclosure process, or attempt to bypass rate limits.
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent termination without refund.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellations take effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then. Trial periods convert to paid only if you have a card on file at trial end; otherwise the trial ends silently.
Refunds: we do not issue refunds for partial periods. If Cloutfind is materially down (greater than four consecutive hours of unavailability in a single calendar day), email support and we will credit the affected period.
4. AI output
AI-generated outputs (fit scores, rationales, outreach drafts) are informational and not a guarantee. You are responsible for the messages you send to creators using the drafts and for any outreach campaigns you run on the basis of Cloutfind data.
5. Intellectual property
The Cloutfind service, codebase, and analytical engine are proprietary. You retain ownership of any content you submit (brand profile, outreach copy, etc.). You grant Cloutfind a limited license to process your content as required to deliver the service.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloutfind's aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid Cloutfind in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County.
