By creating a Cloutfind account or using cloutfind.com you agree to these terms. The service is provided by Rexon Man LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Cloutfind", "we", "us"). 1. The service
Cloutfind is a tool for businesses to find YouTube creators to work with. It shows public information about YouTube channels, read through YouTube API Services, and uses AI to rank channels, explain the ranking and draft outreach emails that you send yourself. Features and limits are described on /pricing and may change with reasonable notice. Cloutfind is for business use. You must be at least 18 years old, and if you use Cloutfind for a company you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.
Cloutfind uses YouTube API Services. By using Cloutfind you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Cloutfind is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by YouTube or Google.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, export or republish the Cloutfind index in bulk, reach it by automated means other than an API key we issued you, or use it to build a competing database.
- Resell the data, the AI outputs, or contact information you unlock through Cloutfind, except as part of your own outreach.
- Use the service to harass creators, send spam, or pursue any activity that violates the law in your jurisdiction or theirs.
- Share account credentials. Each paid seat is one human user.
- Reverse engineer the service, probe it for vulnerabilities outside our security disclosure process, or attempt to bypass rate limits.
Your outreach. When you contact a creator you are the sender. You are responsible for each message and for following the law that applies to it, including anti-spam law where the creator lives. In particular: say who you are and that you are making a business proposal, keep the subject line truthful, include your business name and a valid postal address, give a simple way to say no, honor a request to stop within 10 business days, and keep your own list of the people who said no. Cloutfind gives you a place for that list: mark a creator as do not contact on their profile, and your workspace gets no further reveal of or draft to that creator. We hold an email address back from every customer when its owner asks us to, and when a channel's own description says it does not take sponsorship offers. Drafts end with lines for these; do not remove them, and do not send a draft that still has a line in square brackets. In some countries, among them the United Kingdom, the countries of the European Union and Norway, the law generally requires a person's consent before such an email, and an address published on a channel is not consent; Canada allows it for a published business address under conditions of its own. Where a channel names one of these countries, Cloutfind tells you before you reveal the contact, and for the consent countries it asks you to confirm, before a draft is written, that the creator agreed or that you checked you may write without that. We keep a record of that confirmation. Many channels name no country, and Cloutfind does not obtain anyone's consent for you: finding out where a creator is and what the law there asks is your responsibility. If we tell you that a creator asked to be removed from Cloutfind, stop using and delete the information about them that you got from Cloutfind.
Sanctions. United States law does not let us offer Cloutfind in some places or to some people. You may not use Cloutfind if you are in, or act for someone in, a country or region under a United States embargo (today: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine), or if you are on a United States government list of sanctioned persons. Cloutfind is also not offered in Russia. We block access that appears to come from these places.
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent termination without refund.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically, monthly or yearly as selected, at the then-current price for the same period, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal in Settings; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then. If we change the price of your plan, we email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and it applies from your next renewal. The free trial takes no card and never becomes a paid plan by itself: when it ends, search, contact reveals and drafts stop until you choose a plan. Contact-reveal packs are one-time purchases; the reveals in a pack do not expire.
Refunds: we do not issue refunds for partial periods, on monthly or yearly plans. If Cloutfind is materially down (greater than four consecutive hours of unavailability in a single calendar day), email support and we will credit the affected period. If a payment is refunded in full or disputed with your bank, the access it paid for ends.
4. AI output and estimates
Cloutfind uses AI to rank creators and explain the ranking, judge brand fit, find contact details and sponsor mentions in public descriptions, and draft emails. AI output can be false, incomplete, misleading or out of date. Do not rely on it without checking it yourself. Rankings are suggestions: you decide whom to contact. Do not use Cloutfind to make decisions about employment, credit, housing, insurance or anything similar. Average views, engagement rates, sponsor counts and price estimates are Cloutfind's own calculations from public numbers. They are third-party estimates: they are not figures from YouTube, they are not approved by Google and they are not quotes from creators. You are responsible for the messages you send and for any outreach you run on the basis of Cloutfind data.
5. Usage recording
To improve the service we record how signed-in accounts use it: the pages opened, what is clicked, the searches run and the time spent. The Privacy Policy says exactly what is recorded and how long it is kept. You can turn this off in Settings at any time. Usage is not recorded when your browser reports a European time zone.
6. Intellectual property
The Cloutfind service, codebase, and analytical engine are proprietary. You keep whatever rights you have in the content you submit, such as your brand profile and the text you write, and we do not claim ownership of drafts produced for you. You grant Cloutfind a limited license to process your content as required to deliver the service.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloutfind's aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid Cloutfind in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We post the new version on this page with a new effective date, and if a change is material we email account holders at least 30 days before it takes effect. Using Cloutfind after that date means you accept the new terms.
