Questions buyers actually ask
What exactly does the free trial include?
14 days of Starter features with no card: AI search with brand-fit scoring (10 searches a day), 10 contact reveals, and AI outreach drafts. It starts when you sign in. Nothing is charged when it ends, because there is no card on file; search, reveals and drafts simply stop until you pick a plan, and your brand profile and lists stay on your account. Paid plans bill from the day you subscribe.
How do contact reveals count?
One reveal unlocks one creator's email for your whole team for the billing period, and re-opening that creator later in the same period never charges a second reveal. Creators with no email on file never cost a reveal. Public socials (Instagram, Discord, website) are free on every paid plan.
How does outreach work?
Cloutfind drafts each email with AI from your brand profile and the titles of the creator's recent videos; it does not watch the videos. You copy the draft or open it in your own mail app, so it goes out from your address and replies come straight to you. Sending from inside Cloutfind is in private beta and is not part of any plan yet.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Write to support@cloutfind.com and we move you to the plan you want, prorated, so you are never billed twice. Cancelling and updating your card are self-serve in the billing portal in Settings. Annual and monthly are both available on every self-serve tier, and switching never loses your lists or history.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. After that your account drops to free: your lists, saved searches, and history stay in your account, paid features lock until you resubscribe. Purchased reveal packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.
Do you give refunds?
Not for a period that has started. That is true of monthly and yearly plans: when you cancel, nothing more is charged and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If Cloutfind is down for more than four hours in a row on one day, write to support@cloutfind.com and we credit that period. Reveal packs are one-time purchases and the reveals in a pack do not expire.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, plus the wallets and pay-later options Stripe offers at checkout in your country. Stripe processes every payment; we never see or store your card details. Studio and Enterprise can be invoiced on request.
Is my data used to train AI, or sold?
No. Your brand profile, searches, lists and drafts are used to run the product for you. To do that, what the AI needs (your search, your brand profile, the creator's public information) is sent to an AI provider whose terms do not allow it to train its models on your content. We do not sell your data. The Privacy Policy lists exactly what goes where.
Where does the creator data come from?
Public YouTube channel and video data, analyzed and scored by our engine. Contact details come from information creators publish themselves.

Conservative model: $25 CPM and a 0.2% viewer-to-buyer rate. A good niche match beats both numbers, which is the whole point of scoring fit before you spend. Estimates only; results vary by niche and product.
